Senior Analyst, Organization and Development and Training

Location: Makati, Philippines


Responsibilities:

Organization Development
  • In-charge of the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic organizational development program for the company, which include: Performance management system; Communications program; Culture building; Change management strategy; Talent management and Leadership development program 
Training
  • Develops people development strategies and plans aligned with the Company’s objectives
  • Conceptualizes and implements an effective training needs analysis process that links Performance Management with developmental needs of people that are aligned with the business strategy
  • Designs curriculum framework, develops training modules and/or develops training materials for specific courses
  • Conducts specific training courses or programs as requested
  • Develops and implements a system to evaluate training effectiveness on both the training contents, applications and organizational benefits

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, Behavioral Science or related course
  • Has at least 5 to 7 years solid experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Training
  • Must have experience in career mapping and career development programs
  • Must have experience in creating policies related to OD and performance management
  • Must have experience in talent management / succession planning
  • Must have experience in implementing change management strategies and communication program
  • Must have project management skills
